If your bike is within the primary base area or an active regional window, you can usually book directly. If it isn't, you can still request a service — we just confirm feasibility and any travel component first.

Regional windows are short periods where we're operating in a specific area and can take limited bookings while we're there. They exist to widen access without pretending we're a nationwide depot network.
If a regional window isn't listed here, it isn't active.
Tip: Include "Bright, VIC" in your message on the request form so we can prioritise timing.
If your bike is not within Adelaide metro or an active regional window, you can still request service. We treat it as travel-dependent and confirm feasibility before payment.
